The Other Side of the Room

I love promoting non-fiction books, so each month, I hope to present a new column on great new non-fiction books in the children’s room. Many of you may forget about this section of our department—you definitely should NOT! So to help you out for the first month, I have a list of my top twelve favorite non-fiction books from the summer reading lists I just compiled this year. To check for a book in our catalog, just click on the underlined book title. Next month, I will present my favorite new poetry books.

Let me know what you think! Happy exploring! My best, Jean Holmblad.
